So from one extreme to another, the first of what I can only image will be one of many of my Autumn looks for this year. Living in Australia we are custom to rapidly changing weather. When the suns out it's hot, but within a couple of hours it can be pouring down with torrential rains in what can only be described as cyclonic weather. Unlike other countries, Autumn is usually neither hot or cold but sits some where in between, changing each and every day. It's for this reason that at this time of the year I like styling outfits that are interchangeable. This black faux fur trim throw over from Wish is the perfect piece of clothing to own right now. Whip it out when the cold air sets in, roll it up and stash it in your bag when the sun comes back out. Being black, there not much I can't style it back with. Talk about versatility!

When life gets a little busy, you take the only time out you get where and whenever you can.  Just popping back in to to post my ode to summer. This paradise print dress brings the summer holiday spirit wherever I go.  Sometimes I feel so blessed to live in a country with what seems like an endless summer.

Technically a fashion blog, but there is always room for the odd tourist shot every now and then! I've been a bit MIA so far this year, only because I rarely sit down at my computer after work hours, but mostly because I haven't even had the opportunity to just stop and chill out! I've spent rather a lot of time in airports this month with my most recent trip being to Berlin for Bread & Butter as my company were showcasing their newest Fall/Winter collection. A truly amazing experience and one I will never forget. Berlin is such a cool city - those Germans certainly now how to entertain and party, that's for sure. Can't say that we did a lot of sleeping in the short 4 days I was there ...

Given I worked through the Christmas break and jetted straight off as soon as most return to their daily routines, I decided to take the opportunity to spend my extra long - long weekend (for Australia Day) in Sydney. Didn't even pack the camera this time as it was strictly a relaxing trip only.

Here's hoping that I can get the ball rolling again with Social Emissions.

Mucking around in the dark in this KILLER Maison Scotch by Scotch & Soda jacket. Love how it's sequinned sleeves glimmer under the artificial lamp light. This is also my number one bag at the moment thanks to It's great having such a perfectly style bag that still holds all the essentials, nothing worse then a pretty bag that's useless.

Shirt & Jacket: Maison Scotch (Both Winter 13 - Available late January)

All prepped and ready for the New Year with small goals and plans made and lots of dates set in stone. The year 2013 is almost full already as there seems to be something to look forward to almost every month at this stage. I think my biggest resolution for the year is just to make it to the end with out pulling my hair out.

What better way to start the year of with BIG pops of colour and a super cool Brisbane location.

Nothing like a mini break from your usual weekly routine, especially in the lead up to silly season (it's lived up to it's reputation, even this early in). Don't be fooled into thinking I'd forgotten you all and neglected Social Emissions (I've managed to make it this far haven't I ?) - Alas I have been tied up with 'real life' duties and maybe a sneaky weekend adventure away, where laptops and phones were left behind. Christmas is usually a time well spent with work colleagues and friends socialising and having fun, which also means a necessary plan for a variety of 'afterwork' party options that will take you from the desk to the bar. Given we are well and truly into summer here in the land down under, the key to keeping it cool at the moment is summer dresses! My go-to at the moment is this amazing blue and white Africana printed State of Georgia Dress from their SS12 collection.  It's light and fun and can easily be worn with heels, sandals or a pair of cute white converse. Wore this baby all last weekend!

The smell of fine leather products, I think is a hard one to beat. Recently I have had the pleasure of opening my handbag only to have my sense enraptured with the rich smell of my latest premium leather purchase. My beautiful wine coloured Chlo√© iPhone case was most recently acquired through premium online designer store REEBONZ. Honestly how could I resist something so divine with my name on it??

Since first visiting REEBONZ I feel as though a door to a whole new world of online shopping has opened for me. Very rarely does the opportunity arise for most shoppers to purchase brands such as Chanel, Givenchy, YSL, Cartier, Prada, Proenza Schouler for up to 70% off. Since subscribing to their daily emails, I now find my self enthusiastically waiting for what designer goodness will be on offer next! It's (almost) enough motivation to hold on to my money for THAT next opportunity to invest in my most coveted item at this current moment.... a Celine Phantom Shopper

REEBONZ not only offer free shipping to Australia, with you purchases beautifully packed but they also offer a Lay by service with no interest as a method of payment. Cue excitement as the unaffordable now because EXTREMELY realistic.

It gets better... If I HAVE sold you on this amazing opportunity to own your little piece of luxury with the affordable price tag to match you can now sign up as a member and automatically be given 40 credit points to put towards your first purchase. This is equivalent to 40 AUD or 50 NZD to be used. Don't be a crazy lady, get on the REEBONZ bandwagon ASAP.
